Discovery
Understand the business model, users, blockchain requirements and constraints. Stakeholder interviews, competitive review, network selection. We say no when blockchain is the wrong tool — that answer is free.
Output: scope document, network recommendation, fixed estimate.
Architecture
Define contracts, data flow, integrations, infrastructure and product architecture. Contract boundaries, event schemas, upgrade paths and a draft threat model — decided before code starts.
Output: architecture diagram, contract specs, threat model draft.
Design
Design the dApp experience, interaction flows and technical UI system. Wallet onboarding, signing states, pending and failure recovery are prototyped and tested with real users.
Output: clickable prototype, component system, UX test report.
Development
Build smart contracts, frontend, backend, integrations and infrastructure in weekly releasable increments. Tests are written alongside every contract; demos run on testnet every Friday.
Output: working testnet build, coverage report, demo cadence.
QA and Security
Test contracts, permissions, transactions, integrations, performance and failure paths. Fuzz suites, access-control verification, static analysis — then a review-ready package for independent partner auditors where risk demands it.
Output: test matrix sign-off, review-ready package, deployment runbook.
Launch and Support
Deploy, monitor, document and continue improving the product. Guarded launches with caps, on-call coverage, monitoring dashboards and a handover your team can actually run.
Output: mainnet deployment, monitoring, ops docs, support retainer.
