Challenge
ClearLedger's issuer clients needed compliant tokenized asset records with enforceable transfer rules — tokens that couldn't end up in the wrong hands by accident.
Solution
We built a transfer-restricted token standard with a registry UI and reconciliation tooling, so issuers see on-chain and off-chain records agree at all times.
Architecture
Permissioned token registry, a transfer-rule engine evaluated on every movement, an investor portal with onboarding, and a reporting service producing audit-ready statements.
