Challenge
Northbeam's land registry partners needed fractional ownership with a trustworthy parcel record — every fraction traceable to a surveyed, registered parcel.
Solution
We built a parcel registry with fractional vaults and oracle-fed valuations, plus a secondary trading module with compliance-aware transfer checks.
